Thank you for choosing Stellar Domain. We value the energetic integrity and mindful design of each piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You must submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable & Customized Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-engraved energy jewellery
- Items that have been activated energetically or worn, unless defective
- Gift cards or digital downloads of meditations, courses, or assessments
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance
3. International Orders & Shipping Costs
For customers outside the U.S., return shipping, duties, customs or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If we approve a return, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit. The original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Return Process
Please contact us at support@genzshop.top with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at our cost and cover return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you choose store credit instead, you will receive a credit equal to the returned item’s value.
7. Exchanges & Store Credit
We may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Custom orders cannot be exchanged. If you select store credit, a voucher code will be issued within 3 business days of return approval.
8. Governing Law & Modifications
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to modify this policy. Continued use of our site or purchase constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Any changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
